    Map Scenarios
This tool allows you to save the current map settings as a custom URL.

This tool saves the following parameters:

    • Map Settings: Zoom, base map, map center, custom imagery.
    • Advanced Filter: Current fields, filters, geo-filters
    • Organizational Filters: For organizational apps only.
    • Filter Legend: Current layer, display by field
    • Map Extras: Labels, layer settings

To begin, create your map scenario as you would any other map:

    1. Zoom to your desired location, set your map settings
    2. Set any filters using the advanced filters and filter legend
    3. Add any extra settings such as labels and layer colors
    4. Press the 'Create Map Scenario' button. You will be prompted to enter a custom URL parameter, you may enter an easy to remember name such as 'Ash Trees in Poor Condition'. If your name has been used before, a number will be appended to your url to differentiate it. You may also choose to have the app generate one for you as an id number if you leave the name field blank.
    5. Your map will now be saved. Copy your new url and share with your colleagues.

View and edit your data in tabular format here. Upon opening Data Table, the most previously edited records will populate the chart first. Select another field if you would like to sort by other data entries in the inventory database, then click the “Refresh” button to update the table. You can change the order of the values within the field by choosing ascending or descending values. The table will show all data fields and can be long lengthwise, so be sure to use the slider bar near the bottom of the table view. You can also click the arrow in the upper right hand corner to expand the table to fit the screen. As you scroll down in the data table, it will automatically load more records to analyze.
To edit a feature within the data table, select the feature with the checkbox on the left hand side of the table, then click the pencil icon in each cell of the data. You can also delete certain points or export a selection to a csv file to be read in Microsoft excel by clicking the “Export” or “Delete” buttons on the lower-left hand side of the table.
The table will display parameters applied by the advanced filter, or you can view feature data by location. Just click “Filter by Map,” then when you move your cursor to the map, you can draw a polygon around a certain set of records. You can also navigate to the actual location of the feature on the map by clicking the “Zoom To” button after a feature has been selected within the table.

Monetary savings due to reductions in annual stormwater runoff due to rainfall interception by tree canopy
The amount of surface runoff without any trees minus the amount of surface runoff with current tree cover
Reductions in annual stormwater runoff due to rainfall interception by tree canopy
Trees improve air quality when air pollutants (O3, NO2, SO2, Particulate Matter) are deposited on tree surfaces and absorbed, and from reduced emissions from power plants (NO2, Particulate Matter, VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds), SO2) due to reduced electricity use (see Energy Conservation definition). This is the monetary amount of this benefit.

The dollar value associated with the amount of carbon stored or sequestered by trees based on calculations of the social cost of carbon.
The amount of carbon annually removed from the atmosphere and stored in the canopy's biomass.
All carbon stored in the urban forest over the life of the trees as a result of sequestration. This measurement is not the same as annual carbon sequestered.
All carbon dioxide stored in the urban forest over the life of the trees as a result of sequestration. This measurement is not the same as annual carbon sequestered.
Carbon Dioxide Storage is the value of the lifetime carbon stored in the tree at its current size
